SHIPPING AND RETURNS

These are the terms and conditions on which we agree to supply to you products ordered on our website WWW.KRAKENZCLOTHING.COM. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us.

SHIPPING

Orders placed on this website are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the moment the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification. Please notice processing time is not the transit time. 

Please use tracking the number provided in your shipping confirmation email for the most current and up-to-date tracking information for your package.

If your order is over 59€ (85€ Canary Islands, Portugal, Italy and International A, or 120€ International B and C)  you will have free shipping costs.

Please expect short delays on all shipments due to the global impact of Covid-19 on our distribution process.

* International B: RUSSIAN FEDERATION, CANADA, AUSTRIA, DENMARK, GREECE, IRELAND, LUXEMBOURG, NORWAY, and SWEDEN 

* International C: BRAZIL, ARUBA, BARBADOS, MEXICO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, AUSTRALIA, CYPRUS, CROATIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, ESTONIA, FINLAND, HUNGARY, ICELAND, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, MALTA, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, SERBIA, TURKEY, SAUDI ARABIA, GEORGIA, HONG KONG, INDONESIA, ISRAEL, JAPAN, LEBANON, MALAYSIA, NEW ZEALAND, REPUBLIC OF KOREA, SINGAPORE and THAILAND.

TAXES

TAXES are included in the selling price of each item. Customers will not incur any additional fees beyond the original invoice total quoted at the time of checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to cancel an online purchase, email us at hello@krakenzclothing.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. You must return your goods in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all tags attached within 14 days.

Returns in Spain (within the Iberian Peninsula) will be free of charge. Returns outside Spain will have the same cost as the shipping cost that had to be paid at the time of processing the order. Only the amount of the returned garment/s will be refunded.

SPAIN RETURNS

To start a Return, send an email to hello@krakenzclothing.com with your order number, name, and postal code to bring up your order history. We will check your request and start the returning process

Item(s) purchased from www.krakenzclothing.com must be returned at the customers’ expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Please note: We do not accept returns of KRAKNZ products not purchased from www.krakenzclothing.com.

INTERNATIONAL  RETURNS

All product return policies (except the Spanish ones) mentioned above apply to international returns.

Please notice that all customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES

We do not exchange products. If you purchased an item from www.krakenzclothing.com and would like a different size, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how products can be returned.
